The Kapoor family is putting final touches to an ambitious plan they intend to revive the RK Films’ banner 11 years after they temporarily folded up operations. The banner was set by the late Raj Kapoor in 1951.
The film-maker’s eldest son Randhir Kapoor says, “We are working on it (revival of the banner). We have met a few people and we will make an announcement very soon.”
